If like many people you’ve had some challenging experiences of groups (family, school, friendship, etc), the idea of group therapy might be daunting.

But group therapy can be a powerful place to learn more about yourself, and how you connect (or avoid connection) with others. It can also can with self-esteem and confidence struggles.

The group helps us turn a mirror on our own process and figure out new ways of relating, and new strategies for managing anxieties we may have in our relationships.

đź“Ś I am accepting enquiries to join the wait list for a therapy personal development group.

This small group meets in-person (South Manchester), fortnightly for two hours. This group is particularly suited to people who have not experienced group therapy before (although you may have attended some support groups) and who have some prior experience of individual therapy.

Before joining a therapy group , we will schedule  an initial chat followed by some individual sessions. This is a pre-requisite for joining the group. I also ask that group members have previously had some individual therapy with myself or someone else.

All members make a commitment to stay in the group for a minimum of 6 months.

Get in touch for more details.
