About me

It’s so great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves to find clarity and calm, and deal better with the challenges life throws as us.

Why?

Because I have been there, struggling with noisy negative thoughts, fear of overwhelm and stuck in patterns of behaviour that didn’t serve me.

Full of self-doubt, I didn’t even realise I said yes when I really wanted to say no sometimes.

I hid my head in the sand for far too long and told myself “I’m fine”.

For most of my adult life, I worked in London as a solicitor in the City. I had a nice flat and a thriving social life, and thought I was on a path to ‘success’. Except I wasn’t happy and I couldn’t understand why.

A therapist helped me see that behind ‘seeming’ fine I was really struggling. I found calm and learnt to like and respect myself.

With the support and encouragement of a therapist, I began making better decisions for myself and started to live a more authentic and happier life.

If you’d like to understand yourself better, make a change, feel more at ease with yourself or get support through a transition, I can help.  I firmly believe that you write your own life story. However, it can feel hard to face things alone or make sense of the challenges life can present.
